Is there an instruction somewhere on how to do this from start to finish?
Instagram showing my standard adres IP on proxy - Bluestacks.

Yes instagram will bypass your Proxy after a few session. Instagram does not obey your android proxy and even if you switch to Socks5 instagram app switches to the new Quic protocol HTTP 3 which is basically HTTP wrapped over UDP.
The problem now is Socks 5/HTTP proxy does not accept UDP connection so you are toast, Some socks provider do support it but depends on your provider.
The best solution is to switch to a vpn which tunnels all traffic of your device but vpn are bad for social media. another solution is to Look for an app that can allow you to wrap HTTP/Socks5 into a VPN on your device.

But i have HTTP/HTTPS proxy servers :/
