To the people who sell IG shoutouts. Do you let the person pay you before you do the shoutout or after?

If I've done multiple deals with them then I have no problem doing a shout before they pay.

Otherwise, they pay first.

Payment before is the best way. Or you could compromise and do half up front.

I have a question on shout outs. What could I reasonably expect as a return on a shout out, and how much do they cost? Is it good for followers? Likes? What is an average rate of return?
