Hello everyone! Looking to buy some shoutouts in the fitness niche. Where is the best place to buy? Should I look into fiverr?

I've had VERY mixed results with Fiverr solutions. Most only hold post for 30 minutes to 3 hours. Have tried many 20-100k pages with little results (5-50 followers per shoutout)
