Paypal is holding my money everytime i sell a shotuout. why is that ? its because i have a paypal business account and they think im a seller on ebay ? i also confirmed the credit card on paypal these days.

Mail paypal support, if you have business its normal if they hold because its a protection they have against refunds.

went you sell something ask the buyer to dont add addres and dont put any notes.
