instagram short term account

Hello,
I am in need of instagram accounts which I will use only like 10-20 minutes. What is the best way to create those accounts and prevent direct bans?
Is there anything like a short term proxy or so?

You can learn how to make AWS proxies, or buy socks proxies that are shared/semi-dedicated. Normally you would only use residential or mobile, but any proxy that hasn't been previously banned should work if you only need it to be active for a short period.
