i have a page with 47k followers organic i was inactive for 2-3 months i started again for a month but the reach dropped significantly to 200-300 likes per post is there a chance im shadowbaned and are there solutions to fix this ?

Go to settings and check "account status". It will show you if you have violated any terms and once you remove it, the account standing should be fine.

Probably due to the inactivity I'd say.

It’s probably not a shadowban more likely just a drop from the 2–3 month break. IG’s algorithm favors consistent activity. To recover: post regularly, use Stories daily, engage with your audience, and focus on Reels with trending sounds. You can definitely bounce back with time and consistency.

To confirm it with 100% surity, just use some unique hashtag on some of your posts. and visit that hashtag page, and see if your post is visible on it or not. And there you have it.

Most probably you are not shadowbanned, you have just told your followers that you went inactive and they lost interest. Post consistently and wait for some reels to blow up to get back to normal.

i guess he is in shadow ban , cause number has reduced in too much time

i checked the account status and everything is green

Yes, it’s possible you’re shadowbanned—especially after a long break. Instagram may limit reach due to inactivity or flagged content. To recover:

Avoid banned hashtags.

Post consistently and engage with followers.

Take a 48-hour break, then return slowly.

Switch to a personal account temporarily.

Improvement takes time—stay co
nsistent!

Check the Account Status section. If everything is green, then you're flopping, usually due to content. Instagram rarely has shadow bans like TikTok.

Instagram’s algorithm has likely deprioritized your content. This may seem like a shadow ban, but it’s usually a loss of engagement. Try changing hashtags, posting reels, and using Stories to regain traction. Engage with followers daily. Avoid bots or repetitive actions. Sometimes switching to a personal account helps too. Be consistent for 2-3 weeks – this is usually enough to reach organically.

come up with a content strategy and post consistently and analyze what's working and tweak.

It is recommended to reduce the frequency of posting, increase the interaction rate, and slowly restore the trust of the account through stories and comments.

If you're using any third-party apps or automation tools that aren't officially approved by Instagram, stop using them immediately. These tools can trigger restrictions on your account.

Regularly check your account status for any policy violations that might be limiting your exposure.

It’s possible the page is in a cooldown or flagged by the algo due to inactivity. Try switching up hashtags, post formats (reels work best), and stay consistent for a few weeks. Engagement groups or running small promos might help boost visibility too.

Check page quality for restrictions and appeal any violations. Remove gambling-related posts or links to hacked sites.
