My recommendation is to avoid the urge of trying to grow your account to fast. Instead use SMM panels with drip feed options and take your time. Also, most SMM panels provide bots that do not engage with your content. So you account engagement rate will fall, so use other methods such follow/unfollow in combination with SMM services.
I think all of them should be banned.
