Instagram Shadowban for Hashtags when uploading posts - Phone/manual VS Bot/App

Hey, I tried to experiment with some instagram accounts.


Account #1
I have one account that was shadowbanned for comments because of comment spam and follow for follow... well I couldn't post any hashtags at all and not even comments.. however, that account could still post pictures on instagram.

Then I tried two other accounts with jarvee using very LIGHT settings for auto like / comment and follow with both accounts.

Account #2

I only did post and manage this account with jarvee app and never interacted with it through browser or phone app.. ALL post I posted were shadowbanned and no hashtag was visible for the picture.

I did the same with jarvee on account #1 and the same result: NO HASHTAGS for the picture were visible when you were looking for it.... not #yourownnamehashtag to test it.

A few hours later I logged with this account on the phone in and uploaded a different picture with the same hashtags again.
THIS TIME IT WAS NOT SHADOWBANNE! Everything was working and you could find my picture under the hashtags.

Maybe this info helps and we can find out more about the instagram algorythm why this is and how to get around this... it seems like if you automate or schedule posts with a bot or service the hashtags are shadowbanned and your account is flagged for using tools and violating the TOS.

I would recommend not using comments when botting, people and I guess Instagram can tell when it is fake.

Easy to tell when it's a real comment.

The thing is, my main account is shadowbanned, probably for comment bot and ~ 600-700likes /24hr limit exceeded.

However, my testa ccount #1 is out of the shadowban when I am not using the bot and posting pictures from the phone app while my main account is still banned and I unfollowed and unliked almost all pictures.

Any more input on this?
