WANT to start Instagram service for likes and followers which tools should i use for automation .
and can someone tell me where should i buy likes and followers to resell should i buy them on forum or from anywhere else .

Mostly people use smmpanel APIs. Because now-a-days managing bulk social media accounts is very costly and a hefty task. You've to manage undetectable browsers, proxies, accounts, emails, etc..

So, its better to go with some panels and resell the services with your profit margin. You can find many options in this section

what kind of books can you suggest some so i can go through them to learn somethings and can you tell me if the books can be find on forum too so i can start with them as soon as possible because am eagerly waiting to learn things about this so that i can gain knowledge and start with it.

It's a pretty saturated market, there are already too many SMM panels. If you get in this, be prepared to have a hard time offering support because your SMM supplier will not always deliver and that will be causing paypal disputes and more issues.
