Hey I posted on here before however, potential freelancer has not responded in almost a week so posting again 
Hey,
So I’ve bought an Instagram account with 97k followers. However I believe a good percentage of the followers are fake/very inactive. I’d like to remove a lot of these users to make my engagement rate rigger for the amount of users I have. Currently getting roughly 2k likes per post. When the guy sold it to me the account was getting 6k likes. I feel as though a lot of these likes are inflated though to make the account look better. I would like to determine which users are inactive/ have not engaged. I would also like to encourage them to interact once knowing if they are inactive by liking their content. I would then like to know whether they have engaged (possibly giving them a week) before deciding whether I will remove them. It’s hard because currently the nieche is travel and i’m Looking at moving to a more personal travel nieche and I will be posting videos aswell frequently. I’d like to do this in a way where I don’t remove potential viewers and I don’t want to loose my current reach ranging from 10-26k.
I’ve read a lot of forums on here and I have scrapped my account myself. I’ve scraped all 97k followers and likers from the last 10 posts. However, in doing this I believe I have been shadowbanned. I can tell as the hashtags are not reaching. I believe it’s been shadowbanned through scraping as the only other reasoning I can’t think of the shadowban would be thorough going on a 3rd party app called followers plus. Or if I have left jarvee run on my home computer and I’ve gone and visited my girlfriend 100kms away and used the account on my phone?
Anyway, I would like to be safer with my account - hence would like to outsource doing this. I have created a list of 70k followers who haven’t engaged in the last 10 posts in which I can decide to actively like - however it’s not as specific I guess as finding info from all the followers.
I have yourself and 3 others who have contacted me regarding this so I guess I will find a the going rate and who can do what for the cheapest
