Instagram Scraping Tool not only Images - also Text !?

I've research the forum up and down and I didn't find any solutions, maybe someone is know this.

I'm searching for a solution where I can scrape instagram accounts, but not only images even the respective text of each posting. Text with hashtags. Also the 2nd post, because lot's of the users writes in the 2nd caption the #hashtags.

Is there any tool, or a scraping tool for this kind of job. i.e. I give username and they scrape everything from this user.. downloads the images and create a csv file.. ?

any ideas for this kind of job? online tool or software?

Sounds custom but could probably be done at a reasonable price.

Seems simple enough, the caption text is posted right after the image URL in the results.
