Instagram Scraper

For the last few days I've been trying to download the necessary programs to implement the strategy outlined here: /seo/method-recover-your-engagement-on-instagram.959849/

However, I've really struggled to find a proper Instagram Scraper that will attain Instagram usernames from a particular user's following. I've downloaded 3 different products and I've had to refund them all as they didn't work as described / contained Malware.

Does anyone know where I can purchase a program with this feature? I have FollowLiker but it doesn't seem to efficiently scrape usernames, unless I have the wrong settings.

What are you planning to do with this users's followings? comment and like their photos? In FL, you can do FLC method and like and comment on a particular user's followings.

I want to: scrape all the users following my account
- Filter out those who have interacted with my account recently
- Filter out all bots (private accounts / no profile picture / few posts)
So I am left with all the users following me that are currently unengaged and never see my content.

I then want to like their most recent photos. This is possible with FollowLiker?

FL can do all that except, filtering acts who have recently interact with you and filters few posts.

Could you explain the settings. Is it:
1st page: scrape user, scrape photo, like, retrieve existing follower/followings (50,000)
3rd: scrape user limit 50,000, ignore users with no profile picture/private accounts, Query type: Users following & followers: Query: @myusername
4th: Scrape photo limit: 3, Query type: Relevent : Query: FLC:
5th: Like Limit 2-3, Daily Like Limit 1000-1400, Delay like 17-45 seconds

50k is a bit too high. If it doesn't work (Not seeing any users listed on 4th page, reduce the amount)
On 3rd page, each queries not to be on a new line so:
Query: FLC: @myusername ; Query Type: User's Followings
Query: FLC: @myusername ; Query Type: User's Followers
