What is a good Instagram scraper that can scrape (and possibly filter) these 4 datapoints:
1) Username
2) Followers count
3) Following count
4) Name (Alex F. in this case)

Possibly no "DIY" tools as we don't have time to handle the operation.
Subscriptions or pay-per-scrape are accepted

I understand that you're trying to sponsor your own services.

But my question is still: "What tools ALREADY EXIST that do the things asked above?"
A question you could have answered 2 messages ago, since you already did it in numerous topics before.

have you tried scrapebox ?
 
You’re not the only one looking for this, there isn’t a clean all-in-one tool right now that does exactly what you described. Most public scrapers struggle since Instagram tightens access constantly.

The closest that still works with some effort is Apify, but you’ll need to add proxy rotation and expect rate limits. Scrapebox can be tweaked to pull that data too, but it’s not made for IG out of the box.

Anything more accurate usually runs through private setups or scripts with Graph API access, and those don’t get shared publicly for obvious reasons.

MAte forget off the shelve solutions, they are expensive and will not do the job.

This requires a custom scraper, you will get nowhere with a paid for "API".

if you have no time or money for a custom solution, go buy the data outright from data brokers, I can guarantee you if you try an off the shelf solution, it will be all pain no gain.

There are databases out there:

HypeAuditor, Heepsy, Socialblade, Upfluence and well, data brokers.
 
You can any scraper that is built in some software that are already in use. SuSocial, Fanzella, Onimator. They all allow for this.
 
I’d suggest using Apify’s Instagram User or Followers Scraper it can pull usernames, full names, followers, and following counts easily, and export to CSV or JSON for filtering.
 
There's a tool for scraping from Instagram; it's Russian, I think. It's good.
