Instagram Scraper?

Does anyone know of any good Instagram scrapers? I only need it to get a list of followers from different accounts. I found one that had been posted on here but the issue is that it maxes out at about 58k. If anyone has any suggestions that would be helpful.

I have also been thinking about trying to just make my own but I am not sure where to get the info about the API since it changed this year.

You can scrape Public Instagram Profile details including Followers, Posts, Counts..etc using JSON data: Like this: https://www.instagram.com/[USERNAME]/?__a=1

Note: Instagram API not required but you must be logged in to Instagram account on the same browser.

While I do appreciate the replies I think I might had not been clear on what I need. I need the list of usernames that follow a certain person. Not the count but the actual usernames. I don't need pictures or anything like that.

The problem with the one that I have is that once it gets rejected from instagram's servers it stops scraping, and it always scrapes the usernames in the same order so running it twice on the same person is useless.
