for example, an instagram account has 10,000 followers

i want to scrape the followers, but only include users who have posted in the last 30 days and have a link in bio

is there a website or someone that knows how i can do this?

You have a very custom requirement; you need to hire a developer to do it
 
It's possible. There are some Tools that can do exactly that right now.
 
It is easy. First you download all followers. Then you check the user feed for each of them to see the most recently uploaded post and save the ones that adhere to your condition.
Every Instagram library on GitHub that still works should be able to do that + you can ask ChatGPT to help you.
 
No it is not possible except you hire a developer to create a new tool with this specific requirement of yours.

this is a tool requiring coding and wouldnt be cheap
 
There is such a vehicle now.
We use it in our Instagram mentions services.
What we're using is not for hire.
You'll have to pay someone else to do it.
 
Try to take a look at github. Have seen a few scraper tools there.

yes, it's possible. someone would provide customized feature even they don't have.
 
You can scrape all the followers data and just filiter in excel based on what you need. The manual filtering part can literally be done in 2 minutes.
 
Sounds like something doable. I doubt anything that specific for scraping is commercially available so post on the Hire a Freelancer to have something like that coded. Best of luck.
 
Yes it's possible but you need rotating residential proxies so Instagram can't block you
 
Yes it's possible. But you can make a long-lasting scraper with plenty of proxies and an expert software developer. (it will eventually explode in your hand, so you'll have to fix it regularly and constantly)
