Hi Guys,
I have a personal Instagram account. I have

• 1,044 followers and
• 7,499 following

But recently I can't follow anyone. Can you tell me why this happened? I will be highly pleased if you can tell me the issue. Thanks in advance.

Because you reached the following limit obviously. You can follow max up to 7500 people.
