Alright so here's a simple trick on how you can "reset" / "remove" your accounts warnings on instagram.

1:Change the email on the account.
2:Change the password on the account.
3: Your warnings are now gone.


Source: My partners with 400K+ followers, they get warnings all the time and thanks to this they keep their account up and running ((We're all in the adult niche so its easy to get deleted)) But these steps works.

I don't think so. This is rattached to your account in the instagram's database. Event by changing your instagram account name, it won't swipe it !

So what does this stop example does it stop us from getting a account that flagged in some way from being ban.

but we all get ban from diffrent reasons.

what reason would this stop from banning the account?

If i was a heavy poster will this stop banding ?
if i was uploading to many pictures will this stop banding?

Hope u understand.

but what does a warning mean? Ban? Suspension?

I think it not that easy ....
