Hi there, I'm looking for a Dashboard where every customer logs in with his password and see his instagram statistics.
Where I can find something like this? I've attached a photo so you can understand what I mean.

You should hire a developer and get an Instagram API: https://www.instagram.com/developer/

Create the functionality on your own site. Not that taxing.
