Made a post before about your opinion on Instagram removing likes, but they officially are doing in now in the US. It was on the news this morning.

Can still see likes fine here in Canada.
 
Sorry, it hasn't 100% been removed yet, I meant they are 100% going to do it. It was announced this morning on TV
 
It's only supposed to be a small number of accounts that have their likes removed, and it's only supposed to be temporary. They're just testing the idea right now.
 
This could kill a lot of influencer's livelihoods and social media marketing networks.
 
I look forward to it, and I think it's the right move. I am a digital marketer and I know my work gets more difficult but after a while it will be better.
 
This is interesting. Glad they finally testing it out. Cant wait for the result.
 
I really don't think they will go for it in the long run, but who knows.
 
It's a suicidal move from Instagram.
 
Likes just disappeared in Eastern Europe. Awesome. Nobody will see my shitty engagement anymore LOL
