1- remove all cache from your phone.
2- close wifi and open gps internet in your phone
3- create fresh yandex mail account
4- create instagram account in your phone. your username must be same with your yandex mail.
there is an important thing too. don't use your account on web or smm panels. panels are using web api. making some things in web is causes the close your account.
