Hey guys,
I'm looking to spend money on a tool that can register instagram accounts in bulk. Ideally its not using selenium or any headless browsers but instead pure web requests. I would like to be able to provide a list of imap accounts + proxies and it spits out a list of accounts.

Why dont you prefer buying imap based accounts directly instead? Why go through the hassle of creating yourself?
 
I would like to be able to create bulk accounts instead of spending close to a dollar per account. Im trying to reduce the overhead on random expenses, this are mainly for webscraping and Ideally im spending around a penny per account.

Imap based accounts do not cost a $ per account, and its not that easy to create bulk accounts on your own unless you know what you are doing and have exp in IG Industry. Also what is the purpose you want to create bulk accounts for?
 
I have previous code for both mobile and web I wrote ages ago, I'm a bit busy to do a proper rewrite (or spend my time reversing) either platform. These accounts would be mainly for webscraping.

Try posting your request in Hire a Freelancer or get someone from Upwork, these should do the work most probably. Also mobile based created accounts are much better than web based anytime

The skills required for instagram mobile make it difficult to find a freelancer thats able to take on the project.

Have you discussed this already with appium developers?
 
Wasnt planning on looking into an emulator solution for this, ideally its pure requests. I was going to provide my old signing code for mobile + some other resources if a developer needed it.
 
Nobody that knows how to create bulk accounts will sell the program or the knowledge.
Even if you get the requests down, chances are very low that you can create accounts that will not be disabled immediately.
Even with real devices it is hard to create accounts.
Their anti-automation system is pretty strong and IG is not using signed requests anymore since ages.
Be ready to spend a significant amount of time to figure this out.
There are free and paid libraries like igapi on github so you can check those out.
