Hello,
Does Instagram Reels uses account sim card location to provide the content in that specific country like Tik Tok or is it somehow different?

Can someone explain me how the algorithm works?

That link has some good info but nothing related to location.

I don't think they're related. I think it can relate to the type of account, type of posts, frequency of posts etc

Depending on where you're logged in from, Instagram gets your location.

And the location is just one of the factors they use to show you related content/ads. A lot more dependable factors are your interests, your cookies, the people you follow, the pictures you like and so on.
