Redirected into a different account? Do you mean you logged in and it shows an account you don't recognize or isn't the one you logged into? Or upon logging in, you got directed into someone else's profile but you're still logged in on yours and just viewing the page? Maybe you've got something like multiple accounts added or the like.
Regardless, you're gonna want to take screenshots and take notes because that's the first time I've heard about a login issue like that on IG.

probably your client is missing something. Ask him to take a screenshot/screenrecord, for better clarity.

Who asked him to change the key? I think his account has been compromised. He should changed the password and use 2fa with account.
