Since when, happened this? lol
Top hashtags like #travel #life #fashion and and so on, show only top posts and the recent posts are gone?

they only restrict some / most popular hashtag but there is like thousands or hundred thousands or even millions of hashtag that can be used.
 
I've seen this before, sometimes they do it when people abuse it as the message says, for example i was targetting this particular hashtag and it was disabled for like a couple of weeks because people was spamming, but then once the spammers calmed down it was back to normal.
 
This mostly happens on "adult" tags, had to switch mine quite a few times because of it.
 
This is actually a good thing. It limits the amount of hashtag a user can see which means am always on the top ;)
 
hello, it's the always happen, but now, at least last weeks, almost every popular hashtags were blocked from showing in feed
