Instagram RAP Niche help

Hello everyone. I need some advice from you guys. First of all, I own few accounts on Instagram (100k+ followers) in the RAP niche. I make around $2-3k a month by selling different services to rappers, mostly growth on their Instagram page, or getting them organic streams on different platform such as Spotify, Soundcloud and so on. I'm pretty comfortable with the earnings, including that I'm from a damn tier 4 country.
I'd need advice with the following things:
1. I've been trying to find a cool lawyer and an experienced one that can explain me everything, what troubles can I get in, and so on. I'm not paying taxes or stuff, because I just don't know how to start, no one can explain me clearly what and how to do it, I mean I know it sounds easy but it's not as easy as some of you guys will think, I've tried informing myself about all of this through internet and so on. I have to mention that all the transactions I'm getting don't come directly to me. Every single $ comes to my friend's PayPal/CashApp from US and then he transfers me the $ like once a week (2-3k) , is there a chance I can claim those $ as a gift from him? Because it kind of makes sense.
What can be the worst thing that can happen to me? I've been doing this for like 2+ years now.

Besides that, I have another question on how can I scale it up? How can I make more $ In this niche? (The followers I got on instagram are not that active, so selling t-shirts or drop shipping won't work.) And I'm also wondering if there are people that make $ in the similar ways I do with RAP niche, I'd love to change our methods and so on.

You need a bank account in your company or your name. If you plan to declare things.
If you want to avoid problems in the future with your declarations of this money. You need to consider if you should hold money offshore for safety.

My local lawyers are trash when it comes to these things, I've contacted over 20 lawyers and they had no idea, lmao.
I own around 5 pages of 100k followers each.

then i think you should try online sites available for legal things like lawjobs, lawcrossing, NALP you can check their reviews and things and maybe give it a try, just realised finding a good lawyer is way more tough than anything else lol

and for scaling up why don't you invest more in pages increase your network and then look forward to bigger deals maybe ? and also invest in better engagement pages so that later you can set up your ecommerce stores

I would say your friend who is collecting the $$$ on behalf of you should first consult a CPA/ lawyer.
If your current income is above the taxable threshold in your country then you should hire a CPA in your area.
What is that you want to consult with a lawyer? Your niche seems to be pretty legal. Unless you have been served a legal notice by someone - you are safe.

I do same thing as you. I own 3 instagram pages 100k 200k and 400k. Not so active audience.
