Instagram rant

I am really fed up with instagram. For months now I have been posting valuable content to instagram. I also posted where to buy my closely related books in the description. Now I have a picture of my products in every image, so should they get separated, they still have value.
I like a lot of pictures of potential customers. Yet all I get are "likes" of my pictures, about 7 right after I uploaded and over time up to 47.

FUCKING LIKES DON'T SELL MY PRODUCTS.

I am so sick of those likes that mean nothing. Of course, my url is right in the bio. So people who want to really don't have a problem getting my products. I have barely any visitors to my page from instagram and they surely don't convert.

I hear you. For the past days, I have been experimenting whether botting or manually engaging would make a difference. In all honesty, botting seems to produce better results as far as liking back and them replying to my comments.

I have been manually liking 1-2 photos and commenting with specific to their photos. This is a lot of work. I was hoping to get a like back and and a feedback to my posts. But most of the time they would just reply to my comment and that is it. Occasionally, they would like a photo of mine.

When I was botting I would like 3 and comment 1. Of course these comments are generic. They would like the same amount and possible more and reply to my comments.

I had quite for a few months due to this kinda of response until a few weeks ago I started back with IG only to be the same.

I have plans to start a new account and do things differently. Hope to produce better results now.

Umm how many followers do you have? You need many followers to get results. Starting at around 15-20k followers or you can spam your ebook with many IG accounts.

and do you have any call to action?

create image post that is engaging, ask open ended questions, allow them to engage with your post.
DM them personally to give discount, do giveaway to attract them to share and tag friends, list goes on..

are you sure your ebook is good ?
how is your sales page ?

Other sources like PPC converted. It's just the free ones like organic search and instagram that never convert. I refined my sales pages based on aida over and over. It's good now.

Dude, this is the same philosophy as direct-linking to Clickbank offers from ads, it doesn't work. You're just some random on Instagram, why would anyone give you money for a book(s) they know nothing about? I like hockey but that doesn't mean every time I see a hockey stick I want to buy it without learning what makes the stick good and beneficial. Getting targeted followers is just the first step, after that comes the relationship building and the actual selling.
