Yes there are Instagram raid , engagement groups, but they work best if interactions feel real. Genuine content always beats forced likes.
 
They do exist, usually as small Telegram or Discord groups, but results are mixed. In my experience, organic engagement from the right audience works better long term than coordinated raids.
 
In reality, I think it's better to join legitimate engagement pods in your niche, where people interact genuinely to drive organic reach. These groups operate discreetly, with a natural pace of interaction, so they're less likely to attract Instagram's attention than those spam raid groups
 
Look into getting other users that have similar content as you and then reach out and make get the group like that. Many agencies do that since engagement groups help with exposure.
