Can someone help me out. I want to create a quote niche but I do not want to create or scrape quote images. I want to type words in a generator and put the quotes over photos that I have.

I do not want to do it one by one on photoshop.

Is there a batch service or generator software or something that can help? Please advise.

I do not know of a batch software but I did see a Fiverr gig that offered the service, obviously at the cost of 5$. Still it seemed like the most affordable option.
 
Why don't you use Canva? Even though it is one by one it is much faster than photoshop and gives the better result than generators. Also, you can go to HAF and hire someone to write the generator code. Or you can go to github, hunt for memegenerators and slightly change the code and you will be good to go.
 
awesome guys, what about the actual quotes. WHERE CAN I get a list of long inspirational quotes on a list or something to do the merge.

I usually go to brainy quotes and scrape the whole site for quotes in CSV format with quotes and authors on two columns. I use bsoup and pandas (scraping libraries in python) to do that.
