You should use bots instead of manual, then only you can scale up.

Bots are not the only scalable possibilities. You need to have a good understanding on how to manage a smart & efficient growth. No matter automated or not.
And when you know how to, then you scale. It needs some team management skills & ressources tho. But it can be done easily
