Instagram question

hi guys. i recently started a journey on instagram and i need help on one of the tabs. i tried googling it but i cant find any answers. the notification on the lower right hand part (see picture), what is it? what is it called, and why cant i tap/click it? its just sitting there with one notification driving me nuts. what is it used for?

Someone tagged your name on their photo. Click on it & view the photo. Should disappear afterwards. If not, maybe a glitch on IG.
