I am trying to bulk download images from Instagram, now it is blocking me from viewing images.

Will a new Instagram acct fix this, or do I have to use a new IP as well?

Also is there a freelancer/VA that will bulk download images from Instagram and what is the cost of this?

Ideally, both new acc and IP will help. There are limits on mass downloading info from IG. How much did you do unless you hit the block?

It says unlimited photo download which is not true

try instaloader, I leave it running for 2k mix media, it adds the captions on a separate text file as well (that was last year, don't know if anything changed with instagram).
