Instagram question following/unfollowing

Hi,

So I've been using botstagram mostly it follow 160 users, and unfollow 160 users.
I only use this bot to increase my followers.
and ryt now I tried following using my iPad.. It only let me follow 50 people.. And unfollow 50 people.,
Then some message popup ..rate limit exceeded..
i just want to know what is the exact limit cos I don't want my account to get banned.

you will need to unfollow more people.

instagram have limit for comment, follow and unfollow... i think limit 50 action per hours....
