I want to try Cryos method. I already have some well established Instagram pages but I want more... I can't make them trough my phone as I cant risk 500k accounts.

I managed to find old bluestacks version but I can't install any ig version in there? ( rooted bluestacks )
And how to create those accs? I mean change bio and such..

I only have proxys and no dynamic IP

Why don't you just buy accounts? They're pretty cheap...
