you can create 10 accounts on a new phone using that IP.
so all you need is a new phone, or in fact, you can just connect your PC directly to the new IP.

Device ID doesn't matter, they won't care about that if something happens to one account.
They just simply track device ID to limit how many accounts a device can create.
Reset your phone and can create another batch of accounts.
Simple as that
