Instagram PVA question

Hi there,

I have a question regarding Instagram PVA's. If the PVAs are purchased, is there a way to make all the accounts follow a certain page or like a certain picture without logging in each individual account and doing it manually?

I'm a little noobish at this so please bear with me!
