For Instagram, you should go for virgin Instagram proxies. These are proxies never used for Instagram.
This way, you don't risk getting your accounts banned due to flagged IPs.

I was looking for those virgin proxies, the only one who offers virgin instagram proxies is PROXY-N-VPN.com. But it's kinda expensive. Could you be more specific please? I would appreciate.

Any provider mentioning Instagram proxy should offer virgin/fresh proxies. If you have doubts, just contact them.
Usually they are more expensive as you do not run any risks regarding flagged IPs or issues related to providers.

If you ask in my experience i do recommend Proxy-hub else you can try in BHW marketplace tons of providers.

if you are a beginner with Instagram first read some journeys here on BHW with some users successfully using ig accounts with automation tools like massplanner, igerslike or followliker
Here is an example: Instagram Journey to 100K
Read carefully the Journey and you will understand what exactly you will have to do.
Stay away from cheap proxies that are supposed to be dedicated, if a proxy is cheaper then $1 then that proxy is 100% a shared proxy, there are a lot of "dedicated proxies sellers" that will lie you and sell you a shared proxy instead.
The most important thing for an Instagram dedicated proxy is that proxy needs to be 100% a virgin proxy, a proxy that was never been used before for instagram.
