I planning to buy proxy's for instagram, but I have some question. Which proxy type I buy ? Private or normal ? fineproxy org was good for this ? How much instagram account need for daily 5-10 $, I doing gaming hack niche, I put the landing page on my IG bio. How much account can I create per proxy ?

virgin > private > shared
Be aware that proxy providers re-sell proxies that could already be flagged for abuse.
To be sure you would need to get your hands on virgin proxies, not used before or at least not used for instagram before.
You can run about 3 accounts safely on a proxy I'd say. Other might say 1 if you wanna be really safe but imo 3 is doable.

Also be aware that you will need phone numbers to verify your accounts, most of your accounts will at some point trigger these phone verifications.

How many accounts you need completely depends on your funnel. Are you sources good? Is your prelander good? Is the offer good? There's numerous things coming in plays here.
Usually if you make >0.5/day per account, per day you can consider it going decent for these niches.

My landing page is good (I think), can I do this work only with proxyes without phone verification ? What is the cost phone verification ?

No you can not do it without phone veri's. If you can get cheap/free sim cards in your country go get them.
There's also some online services for this but theyre usually not that good since they re-use numbers which results in flagged accounts

Phone verified accounts can still trigger phone verification but might have a little longer lifespan initially.
You can probably verify 2-3 accounts with 1 number if they're on the same ip
 
Your biggest expense should be proxies.

Accounts should be made yourself.

Plenty of subscription based automation tools out there for under $20

Emails and PVA should cost you pennies on the dollar.

So that all that is needed to scale is expenses for proxies
