Instagram proxy recommendations

Hi I'm looking for a good quality instagram proxy, I'm not using it for bot...im using it for this.... I heard that I needed a Dedicated proxy any good websites or proxy seller????...PLEASE HELP!!!!
(I'm new to proxies I didn't know what they were until they said i needed one)
