I'm planning to start out on IG.
My proxies supplier is selling special instagram proxies with never used before Ip but they cost like 4$ each proxies and are just for instagram.
Never had any Proxie problems so far with pinterest.
So is this really a good investment or just unnecessary?

Necessary. IG is very sensitive about spammers.

those are the sslprivateproxy prices and that applicable only if you buy low quantities, if you buy them in bulk, the price can go as low as $2.5, sslprivateproxy is basically the most expensive provider and you don't necessarily need that
for instance with ipfreely, you can get ig proxies for $1.5 per proxy in low quantities, but if you buy in bulk, the price can be as low as $1 per proxy
it all boils down what do you need them for, $4/proxy price i'd guess can guarantee that those can be used for acc creation too (i'm not entirely sure about this either tho, just a wild guess why the inflated price), not just acc managing, whereas the cheaper ipfreely proxies are not necessarily good for acc creation (most of the times they won't be good), but only for managing the accs

just take a look at the proxies for sale section, there are more providers

That proxies work great but I'm sure you can find good proxies for a lower price on the marketplace if you find that price too high

Take a look at the user's guide for examples.

You basically input 'proxyIp : port#' for each acc you are running. Actual setting my differ depending on your proxy provider setup.

Depends how many accounts your running. IF you plan on running 5 per proxy i recommend the sslprivate proxies but for anything else instant proxies have been wonderful for me $1 proxies cant beat it

how come proxies are a monthly investment instead of just a one-off payment?

Because companies have to manage them continously, and people ofthen change their proxies to get different IPs, or they just stopped using a proxy.

    You're basically renting a "server".

You pay a monthly fee for hosting so the same applies here too.

Fo sure, use one private proxy for at maximum 3 accounts.
