Hi, does anyone know where I can find rotating proxies with threads that work for instagram? Most people recommend mobile proxies but you can't use threads with them which is what I need because one thread is too slow.

Instagram has been raising security measures in the past months and I doubt the use of rotating proxies for such use-case these days. Due to the nature of these proxies being used by other users, I doubt it will be effective for such use.

You should buy a 3G/4G proxy to create Instagram accounts... A cheaper solution would be to find an internet provider that offers dynamic IP's this way every time you create a new account just restart the router and get a new IP.

4G proxies are most reliable for creating IG accounts. Or you could create your own dedicated proxy servers with much effort.

Before you look for Instagram proxies, you have to consider the pros and cons of getting one for your account. The Instagram server can detect if a human is using the account or not, which is why you have to make sure that you create requests from different IPs. Nonetheless, you can check out Geosurf or Proxyrack for excellent proxies.
