I'm looking at 2 proxy sites. I'm assuming, using FL on instagram I'll need the 'Instagram proxies'? But it says they sell the proxies either in 1, 5, 10, 25 etc. I have 5 IG accounts so does this mean I'll need 5 proxies? Or would I only need 2 because the other 3 won't be over the limit of allowed accounts? Or does it mean you only need 1 proxy which overs all your accounts? :S I'm confused

I think you can use 5 account per ip. If you doing lot of following and like means 2 per ip is best.

3 Accounts per proxy its safe. Try http://www.proxy-n-vpn.com or sslprivateproxy for IG proxies

Yes you can. There won't be problems unless you're aggressive with your settings (which is a given).

if you're not too agressive and take it slow especially when you start and the accounts are new you can very well do it 4-5 account on the same ip. However if you want to go the agressive way and set it to maximum you should put each account on its own ip in case something happens to one it won't affect the others.
