I think you're asking who is selling and not necessarily who is creating, if thats the case, head over to the marketplace and look around. Quality > Quantity imo

Am I the only one who thinks your being a dick? fair enough if people don't want to help but no need to comment at all!
Froger I don't need your so called help. I asked for peoples recommdation on proxies as my usual suppliers are not working anymore. you are just wasting my time
Anyone else? Spoken with proxynvpn and buyproxies. They seem to think that Instagram are blocking any proxy which is seen as coming from a data centre. Which would only leave trying to illegally get residential IPs which I don't really want to do
