3 years is a lot but your engagement rate shows you have an engaged audience. You can ask for a good price for a shoutout. $20-$30 for a shoutout is easy with your numbers.

No refunds. Show them your insights, if they're okay with it they'll pay. You can't force someone to follow xyz account. Be upfront about it.

20-40$ for feed post and 15$ for story (in my opinion) for most niches. Price highly depends on what niche you're on.
