Instagram promo post get denied

I am trying to create promo posts using app and fb acc but I am unable. I am getting rejected all the time. What is wrong with it?

The caption is like this:

- Firms, Tones, Strengthens and Tightens Muscles around your hips!
- Get it now only for $19.99!
- Link is in the bio!

And then normal photo of a product and I get denied.

FB is strict when it comes to health and fitness products. Your caption raises all the flags. Firms, tones, strengthens and tightens muscles, where's the proof to back your claim? With those words your ad will never get approved.

Hmm so how should this caption look like? I do not have clue about example. It will be promoted only on IG

I've never tried selling anything related to fitness or health so I won't be able to help you with that. But I do know this is a sketchy niche and you'll have to find a way to get around it. You can look for ad samples for health or fitness related products on google if you find any, some blogs share them for free. Or wait for someone else to help you out here, I'm sure there are people here who must have successfully run these type of campaigns on FB/insta. But if you'd like to retain that caption you'll have to look into cloaking.

i did it from the morning and now have 6 posts on waiting already for 3+ hours. How long the approval takes avg?
