You can drive traffic to model's Twitter and Instagram account at once. When buying a shoutout, ask them to tag you in the photo, and in your IG bio have a linktree account with Onlyfans/other social media/etc.

And the meme itself already shows model's Twitter @, so people can search her up on Twitter too.
