Instagram profile randomly following..

My personal profile instagram account has started randomly following accounts, aFter some time like 2 days I get new 150-200 accounts popping up that I followed, so I manually unfollow them and then after few days it repeats.
Anyone know about this and do I have some option to stop this going or whats up?

Have you authorized any random apps to use your Instagram account? Have you changed your password recently? That might be a good start.

No, I havent changed password long time, should I just change it

Yup and also revoke access to all apps that you've authorized to use your account.

@Toulalan122 did you joined any POD engagement groups, or authorized any app
as a solution start by changing the password before that check the email and phone number linked if they are yours and you should have access to both email and phone
after that verify application that are authorized from here
