Picture is of course within IG's limits. I upload the profile pic and it stays for either 1 second or a few hours before getting replaced with the default profile pic.

Is it a unique picture that doesn't break against community guidlines and tos (Including copyright infringement)?

Unique in the sense it has a unique md5 and all meta information wiped.
