Instagram Profile Pics Getting Deleted

Have you faced such a problem guys?
Right after I upload profile picture to my IG account, it gets deleted within an hour.

Any ideas to solve this issue?

Only on my spam accounts, it may be some sort of check point to see if you add a profile pic back in

Never seen this.

Try to mirror the image or flip it horizontally and see what happens.

I've had this one new accounts, did a re-upload and worked out fine.
I always edit them and zoom them in since they aren't originals but google pics.

I faced the same..I solved it by making pics unique and renaming it..

rename them and then change md5 hash.it works for me
