Instagram Profile Hacked

Dear Friends,

My brother Instagram Hacked, we tried to recover that profile but we fail, the hacker change email and phone Number.

i tried this link also instagram.com/hacked but every time we reach to support page.

we dont get Video selfie option also. tried from youtube video also but fail.

can you suggetion me or any other link for instagram profile recover.?

Most of the time in such cases the account is gone and cannot be recovered, you should always keep 2fa on to avoid such mishaps from happening
 
Did it have 2FA?
 
same situation here, trying to recover a friend account, if that account was linked with facebook I know that can be recovered but still is pure pain since nothing of FAQ of facebook and instagram really helps, if I have success with my friend account I will let you know

I know an Italian guy who recovers Instagram and Facebook profiles, hacked, hacked with f2a

my boss recovered hacked and disabled Facebook and Instagram because the hacker often had me 300 dollars in fake adv
(I also got the money back)

If 2fa was enabled then there could be a chance, else the account seems to be gone and is almost impossible to get back.
 
its possible to mass report? and after that account will be disable
