Instagram profile hacked - need help

Hey everyone. Two days ago, my friend made mistake and clicked on fake msg after that instagram profile was hacked. All images deleted, he changed number so I can't verify to login. Now he wants 700€ to give my profile back. Is there any chance to fix this? Thanks in advance.

Facebook support is the only way out. Be smart if someone is approaching you to help get the account back by asking for money.
